I picked up a mouse and my first piece of design software almost 30 years ago and I haven’t let go since. From those initial experiments placing type on a page to writing actionscript through designing and rendering 3D spaces I have continually been enamored with the possibilities that emerge when you combine creativity with technology.

Over the past 18 years working at agencies in Chicago and Portland I’ve sought to push the boundaries of what could be considered advertising, focusing on creating immersive tech-driven experiences that tell stories, educate, entertain, and inspire.

At my core I am a storyteller, a builder, and a creative and technical problem solver who loves challenges and diving into the unknown, leveraging my skill sets and learning new ones to come up with unique concepts and solutions while figuring out how to make them real.

When I’m not in front of a computer I can be found repairing mopeds or making furniture in my garage, seeing random 90’s bands in concert, wandering a museum, or hanging out with my partner and our dog.
